Baghlo Minara sits on the western side of Erbil, along the Erbil–Mosul road. The 150m road runs along its northern edge and the 120m road along the south, while the railway line crosses its south-eastern side. You can see the whole area on our map page.
Do the plots come with a title deed?
The type of document varies from plot to plot — some carry an official title deed (tapu) and others a different form of documentation. Before any deal we check the paperwork and tell you plainly what is in place.
