Who we are
Rafeeq Tawfeeq Haji Real Estate
We are a real estate office in the city of Erbil, and our work is built around buying and selling land and plots. We work in particular in the Baghlo Minara area, which over recent years has become one of the largest housing and investment opportunities in Erbil.
We believe a property transaction needs two things: accurate information, and someone who will tell you the truth. So we check documents before any deal, we explain the real market price, and we do not hide details — even when a detail is not in our own interest.
We have two offices in Erbil: one in Rizgary on Alban Street, and one in the Mardin quarter near the 120m road. Our door is open whether you are buying your first plot or planning a larger investment.
